Wonderboom Panelbeaters (PTY) LTD has a legal duty to get permission to use the Personal Information(PI), and is required for a contractual purpose to arrange for convenient booking of your accident damaged vehicle for authorized repair and/or is required for the purpose of providing update as to progress on completion of the adjudicated repair. Further hereto we are required to transmit your contact information to lightstone Consumer under contracted Service Level Agreement with the motor manufacturer to confirm a customer satisfaction index on how service provision was conducted during the repair and satisfaction of the restoration to the position before accident.in summary we will retain PI as required to validate the warranty in event of claim but assure the owner that this will be protected from access and not shared/sold for illicit marketing purposes.
